WebNov 16, 2024 · You need the installation media and then mount the ISO and run DISM RestoreHealth with it pointed at the mounted media. Thanks Zbook, Denis and Paul. Everything I can find says I need to point RestoreHealth to sources\install.wim in the mounted ISO, but I don't see that file. There is an install.esd, but no .wim.
