The experimental group was subcutaneously injected with BV and treated with 0.2% DNCB, while the control group was treated only with 0.2% DNCB. WebDNCB-induced AD-like mice treated with αIL-33Ab showed improved AD-like symptoms. Eosinophils and mast cells infiltration and serum IgE levels were also significantly reduced by αIL-33Ab.
