My set up is a bit weird in that I map out a few keys and then swap the entire hotbar (via alt+1, alt+2, or alt+3). I also use the alt key as my primary modifier for most of my mapped keys.
Web- For all jobs, I have a hotbar set to 4x3 and blow it up in size. I also set this to be transparent if skills are not slotted in them. This sits right on top of my 3 main hotbars and usually hold 4 skills. (so there are 4 large icons). This is a great setup for slotting in skills that have long cooldowns to make them easy to visualize the recast.
